Who gets the texts?

Anyone you add. Every text comes from one Every Day Huddle number, and you can send to as many phone numbers as you like: owners, general managers, front desk leads, trainers.

Does everyone get the same text?

No. Each person gets their own text with their own locations, their own numbers, and their own send time. An owner can get every location rolled up while each manager gets just their site.

Which software do you connect to?

Gyms on ABC Fitness are live today. Restaurants, retail, and salons are in early access: book a demo and tell us what you use, and we will prioritize those integrations.

Do my managers need an app or a login?

No. Managers get a regular text message. There is nothing to download and nothing to log in to.

How do opt-outs work?

Every recipient can reply STOP at any time and they will stop receiving messages immediately. Reply HELP for help.

What does it cost?

Nothing for founding partners, for life. Founding partners who join now will never pay for Every Day Huddle.
