These terms apply to businesses that use Every Day Huddle and to people who receive Every Day Huddle text messages.
The service
Every Day Huddle connects to software a business already uses and sends short daily summaries of business results by text message to people the business chooses. Founding partners use the service free of charge for life. Features may change as we develop it.
Business responsibilities
- You are authorized to connect the software accounts you connect.
- You only add recipients who have agreed to receive these texts, and you keep their details accurate.
- You are responsible for how your team uses the information in the texts.
Text message program
- Program: Every Day Huddle daily business summaries.
- Who receives messages: staff and owners added by their employer. The business owner confirms each recipient has agreed to receive these texts before adding them.
- Frequency: up to one message per day per recipient, plus occasional service messages.
- Cost: Every Day Huddle does not charge recipients. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@everydayhuddle.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy
Texts summarize data from connected systems. We work hard to make numbers accurate and never send a text when data is missing, but figures can differ from your system's own reports. Rely on your system of record for financial and payroll decisions.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. Founding partners are not charged for the service. Other customers get notice before any paid plans begin.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Every Day Huddle is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
