Privacy Policy

Every Day Huddle ("we") sends daily business summaries by text message to people chosen by the businesses we work with. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Recipient details: names and mobile phone numbers of the staff a business adds to receive texts, plus their send times and preferences.
- Business account details: business name, locations, and contact information for account owners.
- Business data: summary figures read from the software a business connects (for example sales, bookings, or memberships), used only to build that business's texts.
- Message records: what was sent, when, and whether it was delivered, plus any replies such as STOP or HELP.
- Website visits: privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics about page views on this site.
How we use it
We use this information only to deliver the service: building and sending daily texts, honoring opt-outs, supporting the business account, and improving reliability.
Phone numbers
We never sell or share phone numbers for marketing. Phone numbers are shared only with our text message delivery provider so messages can be delivered. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Security
Credentials a business uses to connect its software are encrypted. Access to data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep message records for as long as the business account is active. A business can ask us to delete its account and data at any time, and any recipient can ask us to delete their phone number and message history. Email hello@everydayhuddle.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep an opt-out record so we do not text that number again.
